RESTORATIONS

	Restorations are usually for either Historical or Damage repair. F/X Repair & Remodeling has many years of experience with restoration work from fire & water damage to auto damage to buildings and Homes. We have experience with repairs & restorations of historical buildings and homes in the Portland/ Vancouver area. Our Restoration teams are proven problem-solvers that our customers can count on .We at F/X have experience in the whole spectrum of construction trades. Being a full service contractor we can handle the whole restoration project from beginning to the final walk through.

At F/X repair we will put a lead man on your project that will be available for questions once a day so your questions get answered every day. We will have a pre-construction meeting to discuss the logistics of the project and the way the schedule will lay out. We will answer any questions that you might have like parking, material storage, debris removal etc.…at that time. Before the restoration is completed we will perform a walk through to write up a punch list of items that need to be addressed by the workers before completing the restoration.
