Certified & Trained personnel with skills in Mold, Water damage, Lead paint, and Structural repairs?

Bonds on Employees?

Licensed – Bonded – Insured?  

Better Business Bureau member in good standing? 

Memberships: NARI, ORA, HBA, NAWSRC

(Business and Ethical Practice requirements for each) 

Production Scheduling from Start to Finish in Management Practices and Process?  

Does not hire piece work methods? 

Has ability to complete the work in a timely manner? 

High percentage of Repeat Business and Referrals?
